Internet Teleservice - A modern way to help customer

Hybrid control systems are equipped with remote connecting modules.

RollResearch's teleservice engineer can see on-line the both screens of client's machine at the office in Finland.

Over 95% of user troubles can be solved remotely, without expensive and time-consuming travelling to site.

  • Transfer of optimized machining programs
  • Teleservice and CNC/PLC remote diagnostics through Internet (TCP/IP) will be provided free of charge during warranty period. Customer provides the required broadband Internet connection.

  • Cost-free voip (Skype) conversations between operator and service engineer.
