Full automatic Roll Measuring Device
HYBRID WRMD4-3D CPC "Model 2008"

- Full automatic, motorized movements
- The measuring device is installed on X-carriage.
- Carbon fiber C-frame is installed to horizontally moving
measuring beam (X1-axis).
- 3 short measuring rods + 1 measuring arm of lever type
on wheel side.
Applicable for grinders:
- Most of old roll grinders.
- Easy installation to existing Waldrich Siegen CP type
measuring device. 4-point upgrade by using the existing
X1-beam.

- Full automatic, motorized movements
- Measuring device is mounted on Z-carriage.
- The outer measuring arm is equipped with carbon fiber
C-frame.
- 2 different models available for lifting up/down the
C-frame
- The wheel side arm moves up/down.
- 3 long measuring rods + 1 measuring arm at the wheel
side.
Applicable for grinders:
- Upgrade to existing Herkules measuring device.
- Herkules and other grinders without existing measuring
device: New foot and rigid horizontal beam is installed
on Z-carriage.

Roll Measuring Device HYBRID RMD2-3D
|

- Semiautomatic, manually adjustable rods.
- The measuring device is installed on grinder's carriage.
- Four measuring rods, roller type. Manual adjustment
against roll. Diameter range 400 mm with one C-frame.
- Motorized up-down movement of horizontal measuring
beam.
- Carbon fiber C-frames, as many as needed to cover rolls'
diameter range.
Applicable for grinders:
- All grinders without existing measuring device.
A cost effective solution when manual measuring device
is acceptable.

Roll Measuring Device
HYBRID RMD4-3D "Supercalender lathe"
|
- Semiautomatic, manually adjustable rods.
- The measuring device is installed on lathe's toolpost.
- Four measuring rods, roller type. Manual adjustment
against roll. Diameter range 300 mm.
- Pivoted up-down movement and manually adjustable horizontal
movement for centering C-frame according to roll's centrum.
Manual vertical adjustment.
- One carbon fiber C-frame, for supercalender roll diameter
range 500-800 mm (or other 300 mm range).
Applicable for lathes:
- Lathes for turning of supercalender rolls.
The most cost-effective solution.
